I thought it would be a great way to kick off 2008 by announcing the new vision of Kristina Carter Photography. This includes a new name, new look, but the same amazing imagery.
I wanted to tie in my experience as a biologist and environmental educator with my photography. I know it seems crazy, weddings and the environment, but the more I thought about it, the more I thought it wasn't that crazy after all. With the help and support of some amazing friends, I worked out a way to share a little of what I know about the environment with the network of people that I have been fortunate enough to work with and meet in the last few years.
It doesn't stop there though, we are giving back more to the community as well. We want to promote a spirit of giving by donating 10% of what you spend on photography back in the lives of people and causes who desperately need it.
